Trained under his father, Shri Neyveli R. Santhanagopalan, he is also a mridangam and kanjira artiste, konnakkol exponent, and a master of <em>Avadhanams<\/em>. A recipient of the National Balshree Award, he is Co-Founder &amp; CEO of Sishyakulam and TheGreenRoom, pioneering institutions that sustain Indian arts through performance, pedagogy, and management.
